Welcome! You are ready to learn a simple but revolutionary way to handle Exchange Student Application processing.
How does it work?
Instead of mailing a paper application, Zapp allows you to generate a username and password for each student allowing them to access the system and fill out the application online.

Students may upload up to 9 (digital) photos - and even audio or video clips - to the online application. They can work in their own time, logging in and out as they wish. While students are completing the application, you can monitor their progress online and help them during the process. The system automatically checks every single field and page of the application for completion and tells you when it is ready to be submitted.
The applications are sent individually or in batches and are received INSTANTLY by the Receiving Organization partner of your choice, provided they have signed with Zapp.
If you receive an application on paper, there is a module to help you to scan and upload the paper application into the system so it can be submitted along with the application completed purely online.
Zapp is offered as software-as service basis. This means that the system can be immediately available to your organization without any additional investment in infrastructure. The computers and the ISP (Internet Service Provider) your staff already uses at the office or in the field should be sufficient to run the Zapp system.
