Zapp is a software-as-service solution. This means that "service"
component is as important as the "software" component. Our experienced
professionals will work closely with you during the set up stages (to
guide you through the customization steps when required); will give you
the basic training and will offer help desk & technical support.
Customer Relations Commitment
PRIVACY - All information entered into Zapp is confidential and only
available to those with the appropriate user profile. Zapp users, such
as students and local coordinators, are assigned unique usernames and
passwords. Users can change passwords at any time for extra levels of
privacy and security.
TRAINING - Zapp is an exceptionally user-friendly and intuitive system.
Once the user logs in, the task menus are self explanatory. The Zapp
system has a very short learning curve. On-site training is not required
but may be ordered. Transportation and accommodation fees may apply.
HELP DESK & TECHNICAL SUPPORT - TGM Software prides itself on providing
high-quality, fast technical support. Our customer relations staff is
committed to providing prompt and reliable web-based (e-mail and instant
message) responses to user inquiries. Telephone support is also
available for emergencies.
